The CORE Butte volleyball team bounced back in a big way last night, defeating Paradise Adventist Academy in straight sets on the road. After a tough loss to Redding Christian earlier in the week, the team showed resilience and control, cruising past the Cougars 25-14, 25-21, and 25-14.
The win not only moves CORE Butte’s overall record to 14-6, but also continues their dominance over Paradise Adventist, as this marks their sixth consecutive victory in the matchup.
Paradise Adventist came into the game with momentum, an eight-match home winning streak, but CORE Butte silenced the Cougars early with strong serving and consistent play. Never allowing them to find a rhythm, closing out each set with decisive runs.
Next up, CORE Butte will travel to face Burney on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
