On Tuesday, March 10th, CORE Butte held a ‘College and Career Day’ where students could explore different career fields and colleges that set up a promotional table in the gym.
Among these tables was the U.S. Army, where students who approached were put on a list for an all-expenses-paid ‘educational field trip’. After the event, the Army selected 10 of these students and sent them on a direct flight to Tehran, where they could tour military bases and aircraft carriers, as well as survey important political figures of Iran to ‘ensure they are alive and well’.
CORE Student (redacted) (redacted) explained, “We had to update the military on their exact location every hour… I was surprised by how much the military cared for the safety and well-being of these leaders.” Another student, (redacted) (redacted) said: “I’ll never forget the things I saw.”
If you were on the list and didn’t make the cut this time, don’t worry, history shows America likes staying in the Middle East. There’s always next year. And the year after that. And the year after that. And the year after that. And the year after that. And the year after…

Your cover picture looks an awful lot like your cover photo from December 9th 2025. “CORE Reacts: Club America”.
Redacted but not deleted.

There are more redactions in this article than in the “files” that (redacted) say pushed us into the war!

I’ll always remember when (Redacted) (Redacted) sacrificed their life for me. We couldn’t have gotten home without it.
